Self-help resources

Wellbeing means very different things to different people.

Although not all of the following are evidenced-based we have attempted to present a wealth of online, virtual, app-based and “real-life” tools and resources that have been developed and made available for healthcare staff to utilise as self-help tools.

Canopi continues to work in collaboration with Social Care Wales, Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) and NHS Practitioner Health (NHSPH) to share resources as widely as possible.

If you are unsure about where to start or what to do, then please feel free to contact us and take the opportunity to discuss your experiences with one of our team.

Getting outdoors

Explore the outdoors and experience the natural environments all around us.

Not sure how or where to go?

The Wildlife Trusts work to restore wildlife and wild places and believe we need nature and nature needs us.

Spending time outdoors in nature brings multiple benefits to our health and wellbeing, from improving physical health to reducing blood pressure, stress and anxiety to boosting mood, self-esteem and resilience.

Together, the five Wildlife Trusts of Wales manage 216 nature reserves covering more than 8,000 hectares – wildlife-rich green spaces to enjoy all year round.

Find a Nature Reserve near you and find out more about activities and events at your local Wildlife Trust.

Bakers Dozen
