Reading Well scheme

Learn to understand and manage your health and wellbeing through helpful reading, chosen by health experts and people with lived-experience.

You can visit your local library and take a book out for free.

Revive Prescribed Meditation

Revive Prescribed Meditation is a free resource guided by Dr Liza Thomas-Emrus, a GP who qualified as a meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation. Suitable for beginners.

Wales Dementia Helpline

Provides a Wales wide 24/7 Dementia Helpline service.  Wales Dementia offers emotional support, signposting to agencies relevant to the caller’s needs as well as free literature.  The literature will be mainly self help materials or information on what a particular service provides.

The Wildlife Trust

Spending time outdoors in nature brings multiple benefits to our health and wellbeing, from improving physical health to reducing blood pressure, stress, and anxiety to boosting mood, self-esteem, and resilience.  

Wildlife Trusts of Wales manage 216 nature reserves covering more than 8,000 hectares – wildlife-rich green spaces to enjoy all year round.
