A decision on the continued funding of the Canopi service beyond March 2027 is currently awaited. In the interim, we have had to make the hard decision to pause signposting new clients to therapy from 21 September 2026 (this includes therapist guided CBT and CBT).
We will still be accepting self-referrals from new clients and will continue to offer doctor advisor appointments. Our doctor advisors will still be able to provide a safe space for you to talk through your situation, along with discussing what the options currently are and what we anticipate that they may be in the future.
If during your appointment, therapy is considered the most appropriate option for support, you will be added to a holding list and contacted when the service is able to support you.
Alternatively, if you feel unable to wait on a ‘holding list’, you should seek support from your GP or workplace. Helpful contact details in the event of a mental health emergency are available at our ‘Help in a crisis’ page.
If you would still like to access support through Canopi, head to our ‘Referral’ page.
