In an emergency, please call 999. You can also access crisis support through your General Practitioner (GP).

C.A.L.L. Mental Health Helpline for Wales

Provides a Wales wide 24/7 mental health service.  CALL offers emotional support, signposting to agencies relevant to the callerโ€™s needs as well as free literature.

Samaritans 

A wellbeing support line for health and social care workers and volunteers in Wales. A Samaritans volunteer will listen without judgement and offer free and confidential support.

British Medical Association (BMA) Counselling Service

All doctors and medical students can access this BMA service.

You do not have to be a member of the BMA to access this service.
